PRODUCTION PROCESS

From raw materials to finished brushes, every step is carefully controlled to ensure consistency, durability, and professional quality. Our 15-step manufacturing process combines skilled craftsmanship with modern technology

1.Select the bristles

The quality of bristles determines the finish and effectiveness of a makeup brush. Therefore, choosing the best quality bristles is the most important step in crafting a makeup brush.

2.Eliminate the extra bristles

We conduct the second round to get rid of the imperfect bristles. Those bristles that are growing upward from the root or are too long, broken, or discolored are removed to ensure the best quality.

We weigh the bristles to ensure the weight and shape of brushes are consistent. Then we comb the hair with a special comb to straighten all fibers. This help to get the perfect desired hair shape in the next stage

Hair shaping requires great technical skill from the craftsmen. The bristles are inserted in the frame so as to provide the correct level of vibration and to secure all the bristles into the ideal shape

5.Bundle the bristles
6.Hair-root cut & inserted in ferrule

The bottom bristles will be cut neatly so that the hair head can be inserted in the ferrule.

The hair head is put into the ferrule using a plastic sheet.

The hair length is measured to make sure that it is right as per the PO and that each makeup brush is the same size

The makeup brush ferrule pressing is optional. For example, you can choose to receive a paddle-shaped brush head

9.Glue-injection

The glue-injection fixes the brush head and prevents it from falling off.

After the glue-injection, we put the brush in a ventilated place to dry for a minimum of 12 hours.

10.Shape-trimming

Finally, we make the adjustments to the brush head.

A good craftsman is able to quickly recognize what needs to be adjusted. In their hands, a makeup brush is a piece of art.

11.Ferrule scraping & re-shaping

Before assembling,weuse a special tool to scrape around the inside of the ferrule to give the interior edge a slope-shape,In this way, it can fit much better with the joint of the handle

12.Handle assembling & double check

Right amount of glue is necessary on the inside edge of the ferrule before assembling.This ensure a strong connection between ferrule and handle. After assembly, the brushes will dry for a few hours.Then final checking

13.Quality Control

Each brush undergoes rigorous quality checks.We place great importance on the quality of our products, and each department has established quality inspection procedures.Additionally, we hold weekly production meetings where we emphasize quality issues.
